What leaves your computer
Your files are not uploaded. To answer, Weaver sends your question and the parts of the data it needs, with personal details replaced first, to AI services.
Stays on your computer
- Your files, PDFs, photos and databases. They are never uploaded.
- Every result Weaver makes, and every conversation.
- Your database passwords and your memories.
Goes out, so Weaver can think
Weaver thinks with the help of AI services on the internet. To do that it sends:
- Your question.
- What it needs to know about the data to answer: column names, what kind of values they hold, and the parts of the text or rows it has to read.
- Before anything goes, personal details in it are replaced on your computer: emails, phone numbers, card numbers, Aadhaar and PAN numbers, account numbers, keys and passwords.
Kept by us
Your account, your plan, and a count of how many runs you have used. Nothing you type and nothing Weaver writes is stored on our servers.
Dataweaver needs an internet connection and a signed-in account to answer questions. It does not work fully offline. Opening, editing and saving files works without a connection.
The privacy policy lists the AI services we use and the exact terms.
