By accessing or using Dataweaver, including the desktop application and the web services at dataweaver.techcora.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Dataweaver.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TechCora ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of Dataweaver.
2. Description of Service
Dataweaver is a desktop application for spreadsheet and data file cleanup, transformation, and analysis using AI-assisted tools. The application processes data locally on your device. No user data files are uploaded to or processed on external servers.
The web application at dataweaver.techcora.in serves as the marketing site, documentation portal, and authentication gateway for Dataweaver.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of Dataweaver, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of Dataweaver.
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, or lend Dataweaver to third parties without our written consent.
- Use Dataweaver to process data in a manner that infringes upon the rights of others.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code through your use of Dataweaver.
5. Intellectual Property
Dataweaver, including its source code, design, features, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by TechCora and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of Dataweaver does not grant you any ownership rights in the application or its underlying technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dataweaver in accordance with these Terms.
Your data remains yours. You retain full ownership of all data files you process with Dataweaver. We claim no rights over your content or data.
6. Privacy
Your use of Dataweaver is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Dataweaver, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
Dataweaver is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Dataweaver is an AI-assisted tool for data transformation and cleanup. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs produced by Dataweaver. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated suggestions, transformations, or analyses. Always verify results before relying on them for critical decisions.
We do not warrant that Dataweaver will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechCora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of Dataweaver.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. Dataweaver processes files locally on your device. While we design the application to handle data safely, we are not liable for any data loss that may occur during use. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of all important files before processing them.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to Terms
TechCora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Dataweaver after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of Dataweaver.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Dataweaver shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
