Setup did not finish

The first time you open Dataweaver, Weaver sets itself up in the background. The progress shows at the bottom of the window. This needs an internet connection and usually takes a few minutes.

If it fails

• Read the message. It says what went wrong in plain words.
• Check your internet connection. A VPN or an office firewall can block the download.
• Press Try again.
• If it fails three times, write to us and paste the message you saw.

While you wait

You can open, edit and save files during setup. A question you send to Weaver waits and goes out on its own once setup is done.
